How bounces, complaints and suppressions work in Sendaloo.
A hard bounce or a complaint adds the address to your suppression list by itself, and Sendaloo does not send to it again. You can add and remove addresses by hand in the dashboard.
Keep your bounce and complaint rates low: a sender whose mail is bounced or reported at a high rate can be paused.
