A hard bounce or a complaint adds the address to your **suppression list** by itself, and Sendaloo does not send to it again. You can add and remove addresses by hand in the dashboard.

Keep your bounce and complaint rates low: a sender whose mail is bounced or reported at a high rate can be paused.
